If a package has been successfully delivered, UPS would not be responsible for the reimbursement. We suggest the consumer file a police report that can be submitted to the retailer for potential reimbursement.
If loss, damage or missing contents occur to any parcel after delivery, indemnity will not be paid.
By ordering our product, consumer acknowledges Keikico is not responsible for any theft or damage to product once shipping company confirms delivery.
Any shortages must be reported to Keiki Co. within 3 days of receipt of goods. (no exceptions)

BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM, CONTACT Keiki Co. FIRST!
We will issue you an RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization. Any goods returned to Keiki Co. without an RMA will be rejected upon receipt. So make sure you Call First.
Remember to include YOUR contact information with the authorized returnable goods.
Please read & understand the terms below:
• YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS TO REQUEST A RETURN! (no exceptions)
• All returns on all merchandise have a 15% restocking fee (no exceptions)
• Shortages must be reported to Keiki Co. within 3 days.
• All products will be reviewed in their entirety upon receipt.
If there is any damage, use or wear to the authorized returned merchandise it will be documented by Keiki Co. & reported immediately. The missing and/or damaged goods are the sole responsibility of the shipper / individual returning the merchandise. (no exceptions)
Please take the time to package your Authorized Returnable Merchandise properly. It is your responsibility to ensure the items get to Keiki Co. in "As New" condition.
IMPORTANT: Keiki Co. cannot accept returns on any Special / Custom Order Items. (no exceptions)
