We will continue shipping all orders promptly, but placing your order before these dates gives the highest chance of receiving it before Christmas.

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@keikico.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS – as a general rule – will not deliver any packages, any parcels, or any deliveries whatsoever to addresses that are PO boxes.

 

If a package has been successfully delivered, UPS would not be responsible for the reimbursement. If a package has been successfully delivered, Keiki Co will not be responsible for the reimbursement of a lost or stolen package.
 
If loss, damage or missing contents occur to any parcel after delivery, indemnity will not be paid. 
 
By ordering our product, consumers acknowledge Keiki Co is not responsible for any theft or damage to the product once the shipping company confirms delivery.
